Who Are We?
We ARE a team of physical therapists whose focus is community based therapy. We are NOT a home health agency nor are we traditional clinic-based therapists. We have found that functional therapy performed in familiar environments yields the best possible rehabilitation outcomes. Our philosophy ensures every client gets the best possible results from their experience with us addressing the goals that matter the most to them.
Our speciality is working with Adults with Traumatic Brain Injury and Adults with Intellectual Disability Disorders. Since no two neurologic disorders are alike, our treatment plans are tailored according to the lifestyle of each client with emphasis on their passions and interests. Our sessions vary from week to week and can range from working with a former jockey at a horse farm, or getting someone back into their gym routine at the YMCA.
